Making business more enjoyable

From time to time, I put my selling hat on. From time to time, I'm the target of sales activities by others. I recognize that selling can be painful for both parties in such activities, and I was pleased to find a pointer to Jill Konrath's Why I Hate Closing Techniques recently.

It all makes sense to me. Perhaps it will help me be better at sales (I'm not much of a classic closer anyway) and help those with whom I work have more pleasant (and fewer unpleasant) days. Perhaps it may help some of the people who try to sell to you, too.
