A quick Web publishing tip

If you're a full-fledged Web developer, you no doubt already have effective ways of publishing stuff to the Web. If that's not your job, but you need to publish information for people as part of getting your real work done, take a look at Solveig Haugland's tips about the OpenOffice.org 2.0 Web Wizard.

I tried it three times. After I caught on that I can (and have to) set the way I want to publish each file I select, I produced a professional set of PDFs from a set of Word documents in short order. I can see this as a tool I can use with clients to save serious time, for they're paying me to get results, not be a publisher, but I do occasionally need to get information out rapidly and in a consistent, easy-to-use format.
