A database of approaches for better meetings

One of the constants in life seems to be complaining about meetings. As we have to work together to accomplish most of the results we seek, it seems appropriate to find more productive ways of working together.

The International Association of Facilitators has a database of methods for just that purpose, and you can access it without a fee (although joining the IAF gets you access to more of the site). Click on their map to start your search.

If you decide that facilitating that important meeting is something you'd like to outsource to get someone who facilitates meetings professionally, you can also check out their list of suppliers; Facilitated Systems is listed there, among many others.

While you're there, check out the IAF's Statement of Values and Code of Ethics.
