Change management

Change seems to be a fact of life for many organizations; how we deal with it can be crucial. I've been a long-time fan of Dale Emery's application of Virginia Satir's change model to organizational change.

Today change seems delivered with a pace that leaves little time; thus Professor Sandy Kristin Piderit's executive summary is a wonderful gift. Take a look (and thanks for the mention!).

Thank you for your comments and information on corporate training. My name is Tucker Smith. I am with Searchlc, representing Spencer Johnson Partners. Reading your blog I noticed your target audience is very similar to that which Spencer Johnson is attempting to reach, and could therefore be benefited greatly by the corporate training products and services offered by them. The #1 internationally best selling book “Who Moved My Cheese” is just one such product that has helped thousands of businesses and millions of their employees world-wide. We would appreciate it if you would include a link to www.whomovedmycheese.com in your blog seeing as it would be mutually beneficial for you, your audience and us. Thank you for your work and any consideration you give inserting the link.
