International risks at a glance

If you work in or travel to different countries, if your company or its suppliers or customers are in different countries, or if you invest in different countries, you might be interested in manager-magazin's Risk Map 2007, produced by the consulting firm Control Risks. Drag your mouse over the map to see their risk assessment summary for each country on a five-point scale; you can select whether you want to show political or security risks on the map. Click on a country to see the details for the country or the region.

If you don't read German, try Google Language Tools, or simply use the rather self-explanatory map (the risk levels are shown in a legend).

By the way, if your knowledge of geography isn't perfect, their map offers an interesting way to find the names of countries you may not know well.
