Is the climate changing?

The National Arbor Day Foundation seems to think so. See their new Hardiness Zone Map for the USA, including comparisons to the map from 16 years ago.

What is the human contribution? Is it a problem? What can (and should) we do about it? I'll keep watching RealClimate and the Woods Hole Oceanographic Institution's Ocean and Climate Change Institute for what seem like reasoned insights.

Thanks to Brad Delong for pointing this out.
